  • Custom-made or fabricated products may require additional lead time — we will advise you of expected timeframes when you place your order.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We use trusted carriers such as Australia Post, TNT, and other freight providers depending on the size and weight of your order.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and delivery method.

  • Free local pickup is available from our workshop by prior arrangement.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times (once dispatched):

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 3–10 business days

  • Remote locations: May take longer depending on carrier schedules

Please note these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control such as carrier delays, extreme weather, or public holidays.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking numbers will be provided once your order is dispatched.

  • You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within Australia only.

  • Some oversized or heavy items may require special freight arrangements — we will contact you to confirm costs and delivery details if this applies.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can lodge a claim with the carrier.

  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.
